- Accumulator
- A bet that links several selections; winnings from each winning leg roll over to the next.
- Age Verification
- The step of confirming that you are legally old enough to gamble before you can open an account.
- Bankroll
- The money you have set aside specifically for placing bets.
- Bet Slip
- A digital record that lists your chosen bets and shows the potential payout before you confirm.
- Cash Out
- A feature that lets you settle a bet before the match ends, locking in a profit or limiting a loss.
- Handicap
- An advantage or disadvantage assigned to a team to level the betting odds.
- In-Play Betting
- Placing bets on a match after it has started, with odds that change as the game unfolds.
- Juice
- The commission the bookmaker keeps on each bet, included in the odds.
- KYC
- Know your customer, a process where the bookmaker verifies your identity to prevent fraud and under‑age gambling.
- Line Movement
- The change in odds or point spreads from when they are first posted to when you place your bet.
- Live Odds
- The constantly updated odds offered during in‑play betting, reflecting the current match situation.
- Moneyline
- A bet on which team will win the match outright, with odds shown as a positive or negative number.
- Odds
- A number that reflects how likely an outcome is and determines how much you can win.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether the total number of goals scored in a match will be more or less than a set figure.
- Parlay
- A single bet that combines two or more selections; all must win for you to receive a payout.
- Payout
- The total amount of money you receive when a bet wins, including your original stake.
- Point Spread
- A handicap that gives the favorite a negative goal margin and the underdog a positive margin to make the wager balanced.
- Prop Bet
- A wager on a specific event inside the match, such as which player scores first.
- Responsible Gambling
- Tools and practices that help you stay in control of betting and avoid harmful behavior.
- ROI
- Return on investment, a measure of net profit relative to the total amount wagered.
- Self-Exclusion
- A voluntary option to block your account for a set period, preventing you from placing bets.
- Stake

- Value Bet

- Vig
